We will begin this spiritual adventure by flying into Shanghai, China. A private coach will take us to the ancient land of Hangzhou, the silk capital of China. There you will see fields of the finest green tea being grown. 

 

Visit Baopu Taoist Temple while taking a break from learning the 24 form Yang style Tai Chi. This temple is the most famous for Taoism. It overlooks the beautiful West Lake. 

 

The Lily Hotel is located on West Lake, where hundreds of people practice Tai Chi in t he morning mist. The hotel has an indoor swimming pool and an extensive lounge for the evening time. 

 

The Tai Chi instructors are highly trained in this ancient cultural art. You will learn the beauty of keeping yourself feeling youthful. Practicing Tai Chi everyday will greatly improve health and spirituality.

 

Leisure time will include sight seeing excursions around Hangzhou. 

We will also be able to meet with Qi Gong Masters and 

take part in their demonstrations.
