A series of workshops that thoroughly covers the subject. It is all you need to help your clients relax and your career excel.
Mondays - 6:30 p.m. - 9 p.m. Arrive 15 minutes early to be ready.

Aikido 101 - Alignment - 2 hour workshop

Exploring elements and principles of Aikido for safety and well being. In this workshop we will explore some of the elements of Aikido -- breath, posture, values, natural forces, balance, and more. Come and experience the natural movements and perspectives of Aikido for engaging our lives.

Aikido 102 - Waking Up the Hara - 2 hour workshop

The "Hara" is a physical and spiritual center located in the lower abdomen. Connecting with this center can enhance and balance our mental and physical health. The "Hara" or "one point" is defined as our physical center which all our movement is coordinated through. It is also defined as an energy center. The purpose of this workshop is to explore, experience, and increase our awareness of our Hara through Aikido and ultimately to enhance well being for ourselves and others.
