The “Hara” is a physical and spiritual center located in the lower abdomen.  Connecting with this center can enhance and balance our mental and physical health.  The “Hara” or “one point” is defined as our physical center which all our movement is coordinated through.  It is also defined as an energy center.  The purpose of this workshop is to explore, experience, and increase our awareness of our Hara through Aikido and ultimately to enhance well-being for ourselves and others.
