Letters from
Former Students of BTU

Dear Michael,
Long time since we talked. I have thought of you often but haven't had contact
for a good number of years.
Things on my end are very good and I hope the same for you.
I now live in England and am married with a daughter.
I am taking a 500 hr (with 100 hours home case studies) course in Holistic
Therapies from the VCTC which is recognized in all of Europe, hopefully in all
of the world. It's quite a tough course, there are 15 students and three tutors
teaching, each of their specialties. We are learning advanced reflexology,
aromatherapy and blending, Indian Head Massage, the plain Swedish and Lymphatic
Drainage. We also have to know Anatomy and Physiology (another 75 hours).
Many of the moves they teach are the same as I learned from from you, but your
moves and techniques are superior. I sometimes do the moves you taught me when
I'm practicing in class on a fellow classmate (and the tutor cannot see me) and
they prefer your moves to the moves being taught:)
You are my yardstick and it's hard sometimes to just bite my tongue when I
believe I know better than what the tutors are saying. It happens from time to
time that what is being said is absolute rubish, I just have to grin and bear
it.
Here in England we are required to do 35 hours of just "Heath and Safety" which
is crazy because you know if you spill oil you wipe it up...
Thank you for sharing your knowledge with me and I will be forever indebted.
Sincerely,
Stacy M.
