SPECIAL ATTENTION: That’s a nonrefundable discount. Discounted courses need to be completed in the year 2012. In the year 2013, all discounted courses of 2012 will be dropped to zero dollars. For the uncompleted courses of 2012, new fees will apply the following year (2013).
